A Report on the issues of Hajj

Rulings of menstruation :
1- As for women performing Haj, in case she menstruates:
2- She does not have to circumambulate the Ka`ba.
3- She must make a Qiran Haj (one who does not release Ehram between Haj and Ummrah) as what Aaesha did. Even if she could not afford Hady. She will be forgiven on that.
4- She is allowed to perform all other rituals of Haj including staying in A`rafa, spending the night at Mina, stoning, cutting hair, slaughtering except circumambulation.
5- The hadeeth of the Messenger salla Allah a`lyhee wa sallam told Aasha:
6- “Do whatever a Haj person is doing but do not circumambulate the house Ka`ba”.
7- The statement of the hadeeth does not include shuttling between Safa and Marwa. However, it is still better not to do it while menstruating.
8- She is not obliged for Wad`a (farewell) circumambulation.
